Associate Analyst - Regional Sales - Hybrid (Atlanta)
Job Description
Under the direction of the DSD Analytics and Insights Manager, the incumbent will work closely with the Business Insights and Sales Departments to help enable flawless execution of top retailer's chain route-to-market conversions by coordinating pre and post conversion processes, maintaining and updating detailed documentation to ensure accuracy, measure the total business impact of the accounts, coordinating development of tools to drive increased volume and points of interruption in store. Drive insights and actions on retail regional accounts by delivering selling strategies, distribution service levels, promotional performance, etc. Own all cross-functional communication for your region with guidance from manager.

- Maintain high level of organization, commitment to follow through, enthusiasm and motivation
- Ability to influence - communicate clearly, concise, and compelling to gain alignment and drive action across varying audiences
Primary Responsibilities and Essential Functions
- Support continued distribution gains by ensuring accurate and complete new vendor & item set up through customer's portal for specific retailer accounts.
- Establish relationships and be the main point of contact for specific accounts across route-to-market chain conversion process with internal sales team, and at retailer, broker and distributor level to ensure all necessary conversion paperwork and route to market set ups are complete and accurate
- Determine opportunities within top retail converted chains and work with Sales Team to execute to continue driving optimal placement and inventory levels, while working to increase points of interruption in store
- Contribute to weekly retailer account meetings with progress updates and insights of distributor performance to drive actionable takeaways to ensure correct actions are taken to drive business growth
- Manage and develop reporting and measurements tools for key accounts that are efficient and accurate to deliver key opportunities and actions that ensure success
- Contribute to all regional distributor business review meetings with maintaining accurate data and reporting and driving key insights that correspond to company's key objectives for distributors.

Desired Requirements / Experience
- 2 to 3 years of experience as an associate analyst, preferred but not required
- Retail experience and / or store level selling
- Experience working with consumer-packaged goods, retail and/or product distribution with exposure to DSD route to market model
- Experience within a small company, especially a small growth company preferred
- Experience with VIP, IRi data, Neilson Data
- Experience with DOMO or other dataset software
- Experience within Beverage sales is preferred but not essential
Technical Requirements
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills a must
