The Associate Analytics Manager is responsible for campaign and e-commerce reporting,

marketing ROI tracking by using large data sets to find opportunities for marketing, digital, and product. This role will use a variety of data mining/data analysis methods and tools to generate business-driven results with insights. The Associate Analytics Manager will partner with a wide range of stakeholders and functional teams to improve business outcomes and help drive analytical solutions. They will bring continued focus on tracking KPIs of website- conversion, abandonment. The Associate Analytics Manager will develop visualization reports, operational and financial reporting, and present insights drawn from their analysis to various stakeholders to assist with business-critical decisions.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Complete analysis on different business areas using information in Global Data Warehouse and other sources
  • Retrieve data using SQL and develop operational dashboards, scorecards and KPI monitoring methodologies, collaborating with cross functional business owners and presenting actionable insights using Excel, PowerPoint, Cognos, or Tableau
  • Collaborate with data governance to ensure that the data being gathered is accurate and defined appropriately
  • Provides interpretation of financial and non-financial metrics, evaluating progress on initiatives and providing insights and recommendations to the Leadership Team
  • Present findings to key stakeholders through creation of PowerPoint and verbal presentations
  • Continually review and make recommendations for the improvement of our processes and technology in order to build a more quantitative and data-driven approach to company strategy

Level of Formal Education:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Area of Study:

  • Computer Science, Mathematics, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Analytics or related field

Years of Experience:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in related field

Type of Experience:

  • 3+ years' experience working as an analyst with digital marketing
  • Experience working on digital, business or customer insights
  • Experienced with Data Visualization tools (Tableau and/or Cognos)
  • Experience with Web Analytics platforms (Google Analytics and/or Adobe Analytics) is a plus
  • Providing insights to business partners using the extracted data provided
  • Advanced SQL experience to manipulate data and draw insights from large data sets from data warehouse like Snowflake
  • Experienced with Excel, PivotTables, and PowerPoint
  • Experienced working in a B2B industry is a plus
  • Experienced with Agile methodology. Experience with JIRA a plus
  • Ability to work with business, leadership and technical teams

Technical Competencies & Information Systems:

  • Familiar with Excel, PowerPoint, Tableau, Cognos, Snowflake, Google Analytics and/or Adobe Analytics
  • Relational Databases and SQL
  • Marketing Automation, Data Visualization tools, and Web Analytics platforms.
  • Jira and Agile methodology

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for coordinating across teams.
