With teams in San Bruno, LA, NYC, London and Singapore, the SBAF team works closely with YouTube leadership across the product, engineering and business organizations to address challenges and opportunities across the company, help chart the long-term direction for YouTube, and provide analytics and decision support for the planning and steering of the business.
SBAF is a multi-specialist team, with several specialist capabilities across all three pillars of the team: Strategy (e.g., Market and Competitive Intelligence, CEO Office and Corporate Strategy, Product and Business Strategy), Business Operations (e.g., Global, AMER, EMEA, APAC), and Analytics and Decision Support (Data Infrastructure, BI Products, Commercial Analytics). In this role, you will become the authoritative source of industry data and trends, run proactive and ongoing research.
You will apply critical thinking, analyze data, formulate and synthesize recommendations on major business decisions to executive leadership across various departments.

We work together to give everyone the power to share their story, explore what they love, and connect with one another in the process. Working at the intersection of cutting-edge technology and boundless creativity, we move at the speed of culture with a shared goal to show people the world. We explore new ideas, solve real problems, and have fun - and we do it all together.

- Prepare presentations for YouTube's executives and the broader organization.
- Help drive thought leadership, industry analysis, competitive tracking, and earnings coverage.
