On exception we will hire in secondary locations such as District of Columbia, Florida, Georgia, Maryland, Nevada, North Carolina, South Carolina, Texas and Virginia. We are not actively recruiting in Colorado, Rhode Island or Washington.

Overall Purpose:
This role is responsible for providing secondary administration and support of key third party applications used at Early Warning. The position carries out duties under direct supervision and with the guidance of the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the assigned system(s) and for the processes inside of the application to ensure that it remains current and serves the needs for Early Warning users.
Essential Functions:
• Act as secondary administrator of assigned application(s).
• Provide application and system support to all employees for assigned application(s).
• Troubleshoots basic issues, providing first level support. Resolve issues or identify escalation to Systems team or vendor. Own issue until resolved.
• Provide application performance monitoring
• Analyze application incidents to identify root cause. Work closely with vendor's product support team to implement solutions.
• Analyze existing processes to identify inefficiency and opportunities for improvement.
• Participates in the successful installation and validation of vendor-provided upgrades and patches.
• Provide timely and accurate status reporting.
• Develop and maintain all user documentation related to assigned application(s), including policies and procedures.
• Drive user adoption across the organization through user training and best practices.
• Support the company's commitment to protect the integrity and confidentiality of systems and data.
Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or specialized training/certification or equivalent combined work experience, education, and training.
• A minimum of 3 months data, application administration or related work/ intern/ course experience is required
• Proven technical and analytical skills
• Demonstrate business acumen with knowledge and understanding of business issues, priorities, goals, and strategy is necessary.
• Ability to identify basic to moderately complex problems, review information to develop and evaluate options then implement solutions is essential.
• Good verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, executives, managers, and subject matter experts
• Highly engaged, self-starter with ability to balance achieving results and fostering collaboration.
• Must be able to work different schedules as required by the project.
• General knowledge or familiarity with Windows OS, Oracle, SQL, MS Office, Visio
• General knowledge or familiarity with applications such as Tableau or SAP Business Objects, and Jira and Confluence
• Must be US Citizen or US National only.
• Background and drug screen.

Physical Requirements
Employee must be able to perform essential functions and physical requirements of position with or without reasonable accommodation.
Working conditions consist of a normal office environment. Work is primarily sedentary and requires extensive use of a computer and involves sitting for periods of approximately four hours. Work may require occasional standing, walking, kneeling, and reaching. Must be able to lift 10 pounds occasionally and/or negligible amount of force frequently. Requires visual acuity and dexterity to view, prepare, and manipulate documents and office equipment including personal computers. Requires the ability to communicate with internal and/or external customers.
