Associate Application Developer

What You Will Do In This Role:

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to implement new features and improvements

• Conduct unit and integration testing to ensure software quality

• Contribute to the planning, design, and development of innovative software projects

Tasks and Qualifications:

What We Are Looking For:

• A university degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields (0-2 years of experience)
• Basic knowledge of programming languages such as Java, Python, C#, JavaScript, or similar
• Familiarity with version control tools (e.g., Git)
• Knowledge of relational and non-relational databases (SQL, MongoDB, etc.)
• Ability to work in a team, solve problems creatively, and communicate effectively
• Proactive attitude, curiosity to learn new technologies, and adaptability in agile environments
• Strong communication skills and willingness to receive and apply feedback

Desirable:

• Previous experience in academic projects or internships related to software development
• Knowledge of modern frameworks and libraries (React, Angular, Spring, Django, etc.)
• Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
• Experience in web or mobile application development
• Skills in automated testing and CI/CD tools
