For Automation and Troubleshooting services in the Engineering and Packaging area.

WHAT MAKES YOU A FIT: 

The Technical Part:

• Bachelor Degree with two (2) years of experience in the regulated industry.
• Bilingual (English & Spanish).
• Problem solving and root cause analysis.
• Shift: 5:00am to 5:30pm or 5:00pm to 5:00am and according to business needs. 
• Experience in:
  • Automation systems (Systech and/or Cognex), Sensor, PLC, Robotic,Lasers printers.
  • PLC (Rockwell and/or Siemens, Systech Serialization, Packaging Equipment).

AS A PIECE OF FITS, YOU WILL: (The day-to-day on the job)

• Monitor operations of a unit operation or system and actively assist operations, maintenance or project personnel as required.
• Routinely audit the operational performance and regulatory compliance of a limited number of equipment items or systems of minor to moderate complexity.
• Routinely troubleshoot operational issues with individual equipment or skids.
• Assist with the proposal, initiation, testing and implementation of proposed changes to process, utility and/or facility systems.
• Assist more senior engineers in the evaluation and implementation of engineering improvements, policy changes, compliance improvements and optimization programs.
•  Maintain and troubleshoot all systems, electrical and mechanical.
•  Ability to learn, install, maintain, and troubleshoot relay logic, ladder diagrams, control components.
•  PLC programs, ability to troubleshoot ladder logic (read use for troubleshooting), components (CPU, I/O boards, counters, modules, and devices).
