DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The duties and responsibilities of this position consists of, but are not limited to, the following:

• Expertly categorize and organize documents provided by carriers
• Validate and input data from invoices, Bill of Ladings (BOLs), Freight Handler receipts, and a variety of documents into our logistics system
• Maximize the functionality of our systems and follow established processes to efficiently process a high volume of documents daily
• Demonstrate problem-solving and critical thinking prowess through the monthly review of error reports
• Collaborate closely with senior team members and leadership to address intricate issues and find effective solutions
• Operate within well-defined procedures while upholding the highest quality standards
• Foster continued growth by honing your skills and expanding your knowledge of billing processes

QUALIFICATIONS

Required:

High School Diploma or GED

Preferred:

Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite of programs

Strong typing skills and 10-key typing experience

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Positive, professional attitude and customer service skills

Strong interpersonal skills

Ability to use own judgement and make decisions

Strong organization skills and attention to detail

Self-motivated and the ability to work independently

Ability to work in fast-paced, professional, and deadline driven environment
