Associate Brand Designer
Job Description
As Brand Designer, you will help the Marketing team deliver Nomad Health’s dynamic story to our audiences and be part of the first digital marketplace for healthcare staffing. Our mission is to remove every obstacle between providers and the patients they care for.
The Brand Designer reports to our Art Director and executes the visual strategy for the brand across internal and external touchpoints in growing the Nomad brand. The Brand Designer collaborates with clarity, creativity, and a can-do attitude across internal teams.
Responsibilities/What You Will Do- Create beautiful, visually consistent content across all marketing touchpoints, inclusive of our website, social media, ads, emails, presentations, product launches/updates, and in-person events, just to name a few.
- Implement and maintain our visual style guide.
- Work with super smart marketing team partners to meet quarterly goals.
- Champion the Nomad brand.
- 4+ years of design experience either at an agency or in-house Marketing team.
- A strong portfolio of thoughtful work that showcases brand consistency, and an understanding of color, type, and layout.
- Proven skills utilizing the Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign as well as experience with Figma.
- Video editing and motion design muscles that you want to flex.
- Precision: You know when to stay within the guardrails of the brand and when to interpret brand guidelines more creatively to come up with new, compelling ideas.
- Organization skills: You’re able to multi-task and effectively prioritize assignments against timelines. You have strong feelings about file structure, project tracking, and communication.
- Resourcefulness: You work with a bias toward action and you’re excited about getting things done. You’re an initiator and flexible; able to adapt quickly to changing priorities and pick up where someone left off.
- Curiousity: If you don’t know how to do something, you’ll learn how to do it. You’re eager to turn constructive feedback into an improved design.
Additional Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Abstract, Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Iterable (or other email campaign tools) a plus.
- Experience working in a startup, particularly marketplaces, e-commerce, or recruiting technologies.

Compensation for this full-time position is between $58,000 to $85,500. This range reflects the minimum and maximum amount employees can earn during their time in the role. Actual pay may be higher or lower depending on geographic locations, skills, experience, and other factors permitted by law. This role is also eligible to receive a discretionary bonus, which is not guaranteed and may be based on both individual and company performance..
