Job Summary
The Lead, Customer Experience is responsible for supporting the development and management of a marketing strategy and execution plan for key AMN Healthcare lines of business that support candidate acquisition and retention. This position leads project management for B2C services line packaging and collateral development, direct response campaigns and lead generation promotions (digital), sales enablement support, content strategy, marketing project management, candidate communication, brand management and image development, related internal communications and presentations, and timely data reporting to support evolving strategies. The Lead partners with the candidate Brand Manager to work closely with key sales leaders, marketing teams and operations teams to support revenue goals.
Job Responsibilities
- With the Candidate Brand Manager and Senior Lead, develops a multi-channel strategy and execution plan to support assigned service lines and enterprise sales approach.
- Leverages internal and external databases and CRM systems to lead segmentation efforts to target key audiences.
- Utilizes surveys and research projects results to support strategies.
- Creates winning direct marketing campaigns and manage digital and off-line lead generation programs.
- Aligns with business stakeholders on plans and timelines.
- Evaluates competitive landscape to evolve services-line positioning.
- Works with marketing communications team to leverage content strategy and PR plan that supports assigned service lines.
- Prepares and delivers monthly marketing reports that include key metrics and trends and campaign results.
- Arranges purchase of resume database access, banner advertising and email list rentals.
- Implements the automated job posting process for all brands across all job boards.
- Education
- Bachelor's Degree | Preferred
- Minimum Work Experience
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience supporting digital and off-line strategies and execution plans.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in online lead generation marketing with 2+ years experience working with job boards and associated services.
- Key Skills
- Direct experience managing multi-channel marketing campaigns including sales enablement
- Health care or staffing marketing experience
- Cross-functional collaboration.

Pay Rate
$74,500 - $88,500 Salary
Final pay rate is dependent on experience, training, education, and location.
