Requirements

Rokt is looking for a creative and strategic marketer who will spearhead the development and execution of brand campaigns and initiatives designed to build the Rokt brand, drive growth, and push forward our mission to unleash relevancy in ecommerce.

This is both a strategic and operational role. A great candidate will have demonstrated experience in building B2B brands, leveraging insights, and managing brand websites and large-scale creative, omni-channel consumer campaigns to support growth objectives.

This role will report to the Director of Brand Marketing, and will work closely with cross-functional partners: Growth Marketing, Content, and PR, supported by those from creative, development and analytics functions, to develop integrated ideas.


Responsibilities

  • Lead brand and website strategies to align efforts with the broader go-to-market brand strategy
  • Act as key guardian of the Rokt brand to ensure creative campaigns and execution are unique, ownable, and uphold premium brand equity
  • Develop integrated marketing briefs for internal teams to ensure alignment on strategy, timelines, deadlines, deliverables, etc.
  • Implement campaigns that increase awareness and brand sentiment toward Rokt
  • Responsible for strategy, management, design, content, optimization, and updates for Rokt.com (and support international sites)
  • Lead the day-to-day activities and implementation of all brand partnerships
  • Guide the development of high-quality creative assets across the consumer journey that are on-brand and align with channel best practices
  • Build strong relationships with cross-functional partners like creative, performance marketing, business development, customer success, and more to execute creative tentpole campaigns throughout the year
  • Organize complex cross-functional groups and meetings to ensure alignment, clear communication, seamless integration, and timely execution of deliverables in support of marketing objectives
  • Inspire and help lead a small team of marketers to create impactful campaigns across all touchpoints a customer has with Rokt
  • Allocate resources and manage deadlines to ensure brand programs are executed on time and within budget
  • Create and present regular marketing analytics reports and provide thoughtful recommendations based on data-backed insights and qualitative feedback

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in brand marketing or management, product marketing, or other relevant marketing disciplines
  • Experience with WordPress, Google Analytics, HubSpot, and other systems to effectively run web programs
  • Demonstrates superior organizational and communication skills with technical expertises
  • Portray a keen interest and ability to push the boundaries by constantly looking for opportunities to improve strategies, campaigns, deliverables, experiences, and desired outcomes
  • Proven success in managing multiple projects and campaigns simultaneously while working with tight deadlines
  • Possess exceptional leadership skills, being able to move and inspire a cross-functional team, and guide it towards a unified objective and with a unified vision

Compensation: $160,000 - $180,000/year + equity + (great) benefits!
