Associate Brand Marketing Manager, Brand & Integrated Marketing

About the Role:  

• Bring the positioning of our brand to life, showcasing our leadership in online protection  

• Execute full-funnel integrated marketing campaigns that increase awareness, drive understanding, and build overall growth, leveraging best in class practices  

• Execute key company-wide initiatives including events and influencer programs  

• Influence the annual plan for brand and integrated seasonal campaigns  

• Drive key metrics and programs, Brand Health and campaign performance  

• Collaborate with cross-functional marketing partners and agencies (Product Marketing, Comms, Analytics, Social, Growth, Creative) in the development of the campaigns to ensure strong integration and flawless execution  

Skills and Attributes required:  

• Understanding of media strategies and tactics across channels  

• Experience with day-to-day campaign management, including budget management, creative asset development and workback schedules 

• Be a voice for the consumer and the brand: ensure visual and messaging consistency across programs, audiences, and regions across the business  

• Relationship-building and cross-functional collaboration capabilities across various levels of partners and skill sets  

• Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills  

• Persuasive verbal and written communication  

• Ability to move with speed and purpose and drive change 

About You 

• 3-5 years of leading consumer-facing marketing and integrated campaigns, including influencer and event marketing campaigns  

• Experience with adhering to brand guidlines and visual identity systems

• Have worked in a high-growth or transformation mindset business  

• Experience managing agency partners (media, creative, and research)  

• Creative or media agency experience preferred (or client-side brand management experience) 

• Experience with global businesses. Experience in the tech/software industry a plus
