As the Business Analyst you will help create an analysis outlining problems, opportunities, and solutions using process and workflow diagrams. You will provide project management support for various projects including software implementation, data management, process transformation, and training content development. You will also work with the different teams identifying and assisting with project scope, goals, deliverables, tasks, and deadlines. Additionally, you will:

• Organize, attend, and participate in stakeholder meetings and assist with project documentation
• Help identify and resolve concerns and issues throughout the project (system) lifecycle
• Assist with report creation, dissemination, and data analysis
• Provide additional administrative support as needed
• Create and improve interdepartmental and international company policies and procedures

What You'll Need to be Successful:

• Ability to quickly grasp business challenges, gaps, needs, requirements, and the fortitude to resolve issues
• Skills to work both independently, as well as partner and work collaboratively with other team members
• Strong analytical and presentation skills
• Operational management and information systems experience including new product implementation and rollout
• Professional or academic experience conducting internet-based research
• Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication abilities
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Demonstrated ability to manage and complete numerous concurrent
  projects/assignments
• Engaging can-do attitude to quickly learn and understand new technical concepts
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
