Job Summary
As an Associate Business Manager, you will design, develop, and manage activities for a specific product or group of products from product definition and planning through production, release, and end of life. You will serve as the central resource with design, process, manufacturing, test, quality, and marketing as the product(s) move to production and distribution. Involvement lasts throughout all stages of a product's lifecycle including modifications, upgrades and maintenance of the product or product line. By applying your analytical and data-driven mindset, you will develop business plans and product positioning in the marketplace to work with the engineering, manufacturing, and sales teams to develop new products and enhance existing products or product line(s). You will also oversee market research, monitor competitive activity, identify customer needs, and establish pricing strategies.
Responsibilities
• Pricing
• Manage 12 Price Sheets
• Keep up to PRM for NPI's and details
• Add new products and ensure they are orderable
• Keep pricing aligned with retail (MAP and UMRP changes)
• SPRS Pricing Registration
• GDMI Pricing Updates (Forecasting)
• Price Protection
• Pricing Errors - Communicate with Order MGMT to fix issues
• Sales - Programs/Promotions and Trade Terms
• Dealer Trade Terms
• Keep up to date and execute scheduled holiday promotions
• Recurring (Annual/Bi-Annual) dealer programs need to be maintained/reviewed and renewed
• Between 10 - 15 current running programs managed
• Order Type EP Approvals (Appx. 15 EP Approvals Daily)
• Sample Units
• Returnable Samples
• Trade Shows
• PR events
• Showroom Samples (3)
• HA Showroom / Skyline Showroom / EDC in Napa, CA
• Monitor and account for all returnable samples sent out to customers that need to be returned to our warehouses
• Receiving and Sending out units/materials
• Administrative
• Budget Management for the team
• Budget addition and adjustments
• Requesting Travel Permissions for Business trips
