What You’ll Do:

• Support day-to-day team needs for one of the most sought-after teams in the agency
• Contribute to The Bridge, Golin’s real-time and relevance engine that offers trend analysis, media and consumer insights, and creative inspiration
• Demonstrate a strong interest in how brands engage on platforms like TikTok, Instagram/Threads, X, Pinterest, and YouTube
• Stay up to date on the news and emerging trends and keep team members in the know
• Assess and vet influencers and creators for brand safety risks
• Moderate shoppable live events
• Work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with all members of the team

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, PR/communications, business, or related field
• 1-3 years digital/social media experience
• Understanding of the social media landscape and the basic mechanics of social platforms (TikTok, Instagram/Threads, X, Pinterest, Reddit, and YouTube)
• Passion for uncovering the latest social media and internet trends
• Knowledge and understanding of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook etc.)
• Clear and concise writing and editing skills... right down to the hashtags
• A detail-oriented approach to your work
• Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with internal and client teams at all levels
• A multi-tasker that thrives in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience using Sprinklr and/or other social listening tools
• Managing social media account(s) (College clubs, Greek chapter etc.)

Golin has included the base salary range or hourly rate for this role. Actual compensation offered within the range will depend upon, among other factors: a candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience; actual ranges for current or former employees in the role; and market considerations.

Salary range: $40,000 - $55,000
