Associate Channel Marketing Manager - Carmel, Indiana

What You Will Do:

  • Manage fulfillment of marketing collateral for builder's wholesalers and dealers and coordinate all printing with internal creative teams and external vendors
  • Manage day-to-day activities of Schlage ResPro Merchandising program and coordinate changes to the program including fielding questions from the sales team, managing the Res Merch form on the Allegion Marketing Resource Center, manage daily inventory to ensure proper inventory levels. Assist with overall merchandising strategy and development of planograms Schlage
  • Manage and/or assist with outside production vendors to develop best-in-class properties, programs, and collateral in support of objectives
  • Create and/or update Sales training tools to support consistency in messaging
  • Manage approvals for Dealer business develop funds
  • Marketing Invoice/PO administration and reconciliation
  • Administer the Schlage Single Family Dealer program with day-to-day management of the program, Portal and Rewards portal access. Work with Regional Directors on adding new partners and coordinate all merchandising and awards given to partners. Continually monitor program and activities to ensure growth
  • Develop social media calendar for use through Allegion Amplifiers and manager email communications from the Builder Channel
  • Collaborate with Product Management and Sales to support marketing related needs including collateral, trade shows, defining training needs, price book publication
  • Assist with Power BI Dashboard updates and analytical support
  • Drive process improvements resulting in team efficiencies and seamless execution
  • Assist with NPD and Commercialization of new programs

What You Need to Succeed:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field
  • 1-2+ years of Marketing or related experience
  • Experience in consumer goods environment, or manufacturing company that goes to market through distribution preferred
  • Familiar with CRM and Power BI
  • Experience in commercializing new products is a plus
  • Excellent attention to detail and analytical ability
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, fluency in written and conversational English
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point software
  • Experience with Building Materials or Builder Channel a plus
  • Hybrid schedule: flexibility to come into the Carmel, IN office as needed
