About This Role - Account Management Associate

We are looking to hire a junior salesperson for our Account Management team. This role will be responsible to support the senior salespeople on the Account Management team and to prospect current clients, build their own portfolio and learn to exceed sales targets. It will be important to develop strategic relationships with both our crypto-native and traditional finance clients.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Increase revenue across entire Genesis franchise and all product lines for our current clients|
• Support and help in building pipeline and following sales strategy for each client segment in unison with the Account Management lead
• Drive client relationship revenue with an emphasis on cross-selling our current client base
• Represent Genesis products and services while actively covering clients daily and externally at client meetings/industry events
• Understand the evolving competitive landscape and offering

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in a sales role on the sell-side or within capital markets
• Experience covering institutional client relationships or UHNW clients
• Understanding of the sales process - generating new leads with current clients, building relationships, and closing deals
• Knowledge of trading, lending, and derivative products
• Digital asset experience is a plus
