Job Description
The Role
The Client Due Diligence Associate (CDD Associate) supports the timely and accurate completion of Due Diligence Questionnaires (“DDQ”) and Requests for Proposals (“RFP”). This important role will help secure and maintain existing business relationships as well as new opportunities. The successful candidate is expected to be knowledgeable in AML principles to be able to analyze situations to identify gaps and risks in KYC information and documentation, and to be able to work well within a team and yet take initiative and ownership over his/her own area of work.
How You'll Make an Impact
- Oversee and coordinate the completion of due diligence questionnaires and requests for proposals; ensuring content is accurate and compliant
- Develop and implement procedures to improve the efficiency of the completion of KYC Questionnaires/Due Diligence Questionnaires and Request for Proposals
- Collaborate across functions/subject matter experts to produce accurate responses to standard and customized questions
- Manage and maintain a library of information and standard responses regarding investment offerings, platform offering and governance, statistical data related to firm, personnel, etc.
- Manage various responsibilities related to the successful execution of the role
What We're Looking for
- 2+ years of corporate professional financial services experience
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Project management skills and ability to prioritize tasks and meet critical deadlines
- A self-starter, capable of motivating others
- Multi-tasking skills and critical thinking
- Detail oriented, including the ability to follow-through on pending items or projects
- Must be proficient with Microsoft Office applications, especially with regards to Excel
- An understanding of the Fixed Income Market is helpful, but not required
- Excellent organizational and time management; ability to foster and manage cross functional relationships

For job positions in NYC, NY, and other locations where required, the estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is $90,000 USD to $100,000 USD. Actual salary may vary depending on job-related factors, which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. You may also be eligible for annual cash incentives, equity, and other benefit programs.
