Associate Client Service Administrator (Hybrid - Flexible Options)

Broadridge is hiring! We are seeking an Associate Client Service Administrator to join our dynamic team! As the Client Service Administrator (CSA), you will work closely with relationship managers and members of the management team to perform research and analysis and/or manage client activities.

We are made up of high performing teams that meet in person to learn and collaborate as needed. This role is considered hybrid, which means you'll be assigned to a Broadridge office and given the flexibility to work remote.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and issue service instructions to various operating units based on clients' requests
• Ensure timely receipt from the appropriate sources of information, raw material and other inputs needed to successfully execute clients' services
• Maintain functional knowledge of Broadridge' s processes, systems and products
• Ensure effective delivery of clients' monthly reports
• Resolve client issues and conduct research by working directly with other functional units
• Intercede and resolve client or shareholder inquires quickly and accurately
• Work independently or with the Relationship Manager to ensure proper follow-through on clients' requests
• Ensure timely funding of services (i.e. dividends and advance postage)
• Perform reconciling activities
• Serve as a mentor, coach, and team mate for other Client Service Administrators within the team
• Assist clients with special projects, expediting transactions, troubleshooting, problem solving, and servicing of all clients' shareholder accounts
• Attend client annual meetings, closings, and account planning sessions as required
