Responsibilities

- Provide administrative support and day-to-day service for Broadridge clients, focusing on routine inquiries and tasks.

- Assist in coordinating with various internal teams (Product, Data Submission, etc.) to ensure client issues are tracked and resolved efficiently.

- Support the troubleshooting of straightforward client issues by utilizing existing resources and seeking guidance from senior team members.

- Collaborate with Client Relationship Managers to manage ongoing client interactions and support account management activities.

- Assist the Product Development team in collecting client feedback and identifying potential areas for system enhancement.

- Help inform clients about system updates and releases, ensuring they are aware of upcoming changes and new functionalities.

- Maintain regular communication with clients to support high levels of satisfaction and relationship management.

- Develop a foundational knowledge of the Broadridge product suite and proactively seek opportunities for growth and development.

- Ensure compliance with all Broadridge policies, especially those concerning data security and privacy.

- Provide administrative support for the client onboarding process to facilitate smooth transitions into Broadridge systems.

- Assist in compiling and maintaining user guides, FAQs, and support documents within the Confluence knowledge database.

- Track and manage client interactions using Jira, ensuring timely handling of inquiries and issues.

- Perform other duties as assigned to support the client services team.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.

- At least some experience in a customer service or administrative role is preferred.

Skills/Competencies

- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate clearly in both oral and written form.

- Organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

- Basic analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Professional demeanor with the ability to maintain a positive image in client interactions.

- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.

- Familiarity with JIRA/Confluence/Power BI is a plus

Requirements

- Basic understanding of the financial services industry is a plus.

- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.

- Enthusiasm for continuous learning and personal development.
