As an Associate Client Success Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving our product adoption and strengthening client relationships.

We are seeking a technology-focused Client Success Manager to join our team. In this role, you will serve as a technical expert while working alongside our account management team to deliver exceptional service to create value. You will leverage your technical knowledge and communication skills to demonstrate the value of our proprietary technology and to drive adoption.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their primary point of contact for technical matters and leveraging your expertise to provide exceptional service.
  • Collaborate with the account management team to understand how to apply technology to help clients reach business objectives
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on our technology products, providing guidance, training, and support to clients and ensure optimal usage and value.
  • Collaborate with the product development and engineering teams to relay client feedback, share insights, and influence product roadmap decisions.
  • Coordinate the troubleshooting of technical issues and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution and minimal disruption to clients' operations.

Requirements

  • Associate's degree in a business, marketing, communications or a related discipline or equivalent work experience. A bachelor's degree is a plus.
  • Strong technical knowledge with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical users.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and proactively addressing their challenges.
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities, with the capacity to navigate technical issues and coordinate internal resources for resolution.
  • Analytical mindset and the ability to leverage data to drive insights and make data-driven recommendations.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple client relationships and priorities simultaneously.
  • Passion for technology, innovation, and continuous learning.

The salary range for this role may vary as determined by several factors that may include but are not limited to interdepartmental equity, candidate experience, skills, education and training, location, licenses, and certifications or needs of the organization. Full time roles will also qualify for our total benefits package offered by Christopherson Business Travel
