We are looking for Associate Client Solutions Managers to drive adoption and maximize the value of the Yext platform with a strong commitment to learning. You will be responsible for partnering with customers, understanding their priorities and pain points, and ensuring that they optimize their Yext investment. Solution Managers play an integral role in our business, working closely with Sales, Solution Engineers, Product Management, and GTM teams. 

What You’ll Do

  • Be a Trusted Partner: 
    • Establish consultative and trusted partnerships with clients
    • Be a expert on the Yext platform and products
    • Communicate regularly with customers to evaluate satisfaction
    • Elicit client feedback to act as internal advocate for our clients
  • Drive Adoption & Optimization
    • Understand client business goals and anticipate future needs to deliver optimal solutions
    • Drive recurring strategy sessions to ensure client is able to fully adopt Yext and measure success
    • Conduct quarterly [strategy] reviews and check in points with clients
  • Deliver Industry Insights & Yext Product Expertise:
    • Share best practices and industry insights with customers
    • Share product roadmap with customers and provide recommendations on how best to use or integrate new features
    • Be an industry leader and provide thought leadership for customers
  • Identify Opportunities for Growth: 
    • Identify areas for growth and expansion 
    • Collaborate with Sales and Solution Engineering to pursue growth opportunities 

What You Have

  • BA/BS degree or similar college level education 
  • 2+ years of experience in a customer facing role
  • Superior client service and relationship skills
  • Excitement for learning and development
  • Phenomenal communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Leadership in developing and delivering world class client presentations
  • Ability to thrive in a fast pace environment with tight deadlines
  • Die hard drive to make clients successful
