Associate, Clnt Documentation

Under direct supervision responsible for reviewing client documentation for new locally managed accounts opened through the CAA platform. The team also partners with CSS and/or the Imaging team to remediate document exceptions during the account opening process.

Key Responsibilities

• Works with Wealth Management Risk to ensure documentation exceptions adhere to regulatory guidelines.
• Facilitates activities required to review and validate documentation. Helps ensure activities are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
• Interacts with internal partner groups, external parties or with the clients to provide resolution to client issues and requests.
• Responsible for identifying and resolving problems within established guidelines.
• Expected to use some initiative but refer more complex problems to supervisors/experts.
• Running and creating formal reports.

Qualifications:

A College or University degree and/or relevant proven work experience is preferred. Must be detailed oriented as activities may have significant financial, client or business impact. Will have interaction with internal partner groups, external parties or may have direct contact with our clients, therefore, communication/interpersonal skills required. Ability to multitask with a focus on organization and time management. Excellent oral and written communication skills are required to present information/ideas in a clear and concise manner. In-depth Functional / Industry Knowledge is required. Highly flexible and adaptable to change. Technical skills / systems knowledge (e.g. PeopleSoft) is required.
