If you're eager to navigate complex compliance landscapes and contribute to the growth of an innovative real estate company, this opportunity is tailored for you. Join us as our newest Associate Compliance Analyst on our New Homes digital media team and play a crucial role in shaping the future of real estate, one home at a time.
What you'll do:
- Carefully review the details of each new/revised digital media agreement for accuracy and completeness
- Enforce Sarbanes-Oaxley (SOX) controls and requirements for all New Homes digital media agreement
- Confirm that products/quantity/rates/budget match the line items in order management system
- Coordinate with Account Managers to correct any discrepancies/missing info
- Confirm that inventory is available for all products
- Determine which internal approvals are needed based on current SOX controls/requirements
- Collect necessary SOX approvals (i.e. Discount, Legal, Credit, Ad Solutions, etc.) via email and/or order management system
- Obtain client/internal signatures on each digital media agreement via DocuSign
- Upload all SOX evidence/approvals/paperwork to appropriate Google Drive folder(s)
- Perform weekly audit to validate that all SOX evidence/approvals/paperwork are present in appropriate Google Drive folder(s) for the previous week's IOs
- Address/correct any issues that are flagged in the monthly SOX contract audit
- Troubleshoot and resolve approval workflow errors in order management system
- Gather evidence for quarterly SOX audits
- Assist AdOps team with special projects as needed

What you'll bring:
- BA/BS degree
- 1+ years previous administrative experience
- 1+ years experience using ticketing systems (e.g. Salesforce, JIRA, etc.)
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (e.g. formulas, vlookups, pivot tables)
- Proficient in Google G Suite (e.g. Gmail, Sheets, Docs, etc.)
