Associate Content Ingestion Support Specialist

We are excited to bring on a new Associate Content Ingestion Support Specialist to join our team! You would process digital and physical media including the ongoing acquisition, capture, and ingestion of content data through established processes ensuring all data is captured accurately and is complete. About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments

• Bachelor’s degree OR equivalent work experience
• 0-2 years of experience transforming digital content in a similar industry or through related coursework.

• Proven record of communicating and working effectively with multi-disciplinary teams to reach resolution, share knowledge, and maintain strong relationships
• Experience using regular expressions.
• Ability to be a critical and logical thinker

What will you be doing in this role?

• Move between tasks (Check-in, Capture, Audit) as requested to deliver high-quality data within defined timelines, actively engaging in workflow management and quality controls to ensure accuracy
• Proactively identify and report issues that may impact the ability of the team to achieve production targets, collaborating with partner teams to resolve identified issues. 
• Collaborate with partner teams to resolve content issues
• Shares functional and technical knowledge with other team members.
• Contribute to problem solving, collaboration, process improvement, and information sharing
• Provide trusted insights and analytics to accelerate the pace of innovation
• Improve the way the world creates, protects, and advances innovation
• Move new content sets to production
• Work collaboratively with content owners, product managers, editorial, systems, and manufacturing staff to ensure that content supports product, platform, and manufacturing standards; sustaining the quality of ingested content; and contributing to process and system improvements

We are a team of analysts who work collaboratively with content owners, product managers, editorial, systems, and manufacturing staff to ensure that content supports product, platform, and manufacturing standards; sustaining the quality of ingested content; and contributing to process and system improvements.

Hours of Work 

• Full time, permanent 
• Although duties are typically performed during normal business hours, occasional off-hours may be required 
• On-site (Ypsilanti) 5 days a week is required
