About the position:


Quickbase is looking for an energetic, curious Associate Content Marketing Manager to create content and assist on strategy for our rapidly growing marketing and content teams. You will focus on researching and writing blogs, white paper, customer stories, case studies, marketing emails, social media posts, infographics, and other communications. Strong writing skills are important as you need to distill and write about the provided subject matter in a quick and timely matter.

You will add to editorial content focused on conversion, developing assets and content strategies for key channels with a focus on offers and converting quality traffic on the QB website. Specifically, you will play a role in helping to craft narratives for our vertical based Campaigns. This role will be an integral part in our mission to share how work has fundamentally changed from structured to dynamic work.

Key Responsibilities

· Partner closely with the digital and demand teams to create content strategies and assets that are aligned to the buyer journey and converting top of funnel traffic from our target personas.

· Write and edit content for ebooks, blogs, social media, white papers, web, videos, media outlets, and more.

· Analyze, iterate, and grow content performance and conversion, aligning to business goals.

· Work with and manage freelance writers, designers.

· Utilize customer stories, feedback, and voice to amplify the value of the Quickbase brand.


Skills

· 2+ years experience writing and editing content with a focus on conversion and demand

· Editorial mindset with an ability to create and iterate based on customer preferences and data

· Project management skills and attention to detail

· Excellent communication and writing skills with a focus on quality and impact

· A love for technology and writing about people doing awesome stuff

· Experience and understanding of current SEO and CRO best practices

· A creative and curious mind that wants to find the story in the product

· Resourceful-you naturally look up answers via Google, blogs, and help tools and see opportunities ahead of you rather than barriers
