Job Description


  • Develop and implement a systematic approach to assess the quality of content on the platform. 

  • Ensure accurate and timely data entry and reporting. Prepare comprehensive reports on quality assurance activities and findings for stakeholders.

  • Conduct thorough testing of front-end interfaces, websites, mobile apps, and other digital platforms to identify bugs, usability issues, and inconsistencies.

  • Evaluate the usability and user experience of front-end interfaces from the perspective of customers and restaurant partners

  • Collaborate with the sales and commercial teams on a daily basis and manage other stakeholder relationships.

  • Act as a liaison with other cross-functional teams to address any operational challenges.

  • Maintain a deep understanding of the Salesforce platform. Utilize Salesforce to track and analyze sales data, providing insights for process improvement.

  • Provide feedback and recommendations to improve navigation, interaction flows, and overall user satisfaction.

  • Take ownership of special projects aimed at enhancing effectiveness of processes and efficiency

  • Collaborate with team members to implement and learn new tools or technologies that can improve overall operations.

Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Excellent typing speed and accuracy.

  • Proficiency in using word processing, spreadsheet and presentation software (e.g., Microsoft Word, Google Docs, Powerpoint, Excel. etc.) 

  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and reporting.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.

  • Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.

  • Has ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize competing demands.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with tight deadlines.

  • Experience working in the technology, e-commerce, or food industry will act as an advantage.
