Topcon Healthcare Incorporated (THI) is a visionary leader in the healthcare industry, pioneering the development of innovative eye diagnostic devices and a multi-omic digital health software platform to enable integrated healthcare. Our mission is to enable Healthcare from the Eye by leveraging retinal images for systemic health and connecting eye care with the broader healthcare ecosystem. As we expand further into the Digital Health solutions space with a focus on Big Data, Artificial Intelligence, and Decision Support Platforms, we are deepening our collaboration with industry, academia, research, patient groups, and regulatory agencies. We are seeking an Associate Content Writer to support the office of the CEO and Chief of Staff.
Overall Responsibilities
- Provide high-level administrative support and assistance to the CEO, Chief of Staff, and/or other assigned leadership staff
- Perform clerical and administrative tasks including drafting letters, processing invoices, preparing and submitting expense reports, and drafting internal reports
- Manage social media profile of CEO/President and other leadership staff as assigned
- Schedule and attend meetings on behalf of Chief of Staff, taking notes and distributing follow up communications as appropriate
- Manage the day-to-day administrative affairs of the Office
- Arrange travel and accommodations for executives as requested
- Provide information for leadership by preparing special analyses and reports as requested
- Develop project briefs for key projects as requested
- With internal content experts, draft content for articles and messaging as requested
- Create slide decks for executive presentations to both internal and external audiences
- Perform additional duties as assigned by executives
- Occasional domestic travel expected
Education/Experience
- BS or BA required
Required Skills
- Outstanding writing, editing, and proofing skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Good independent judgment and discretion
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to maintain confidentiality, and to exercise discretion and good judgment
- Proficiency with all tools in Microsoft Office
- Strong organizational skills with ability to prioritize and multi-task
- Detail oriented and good data management skills
