Associate Continuous Improvement Specialist

• You Will:

• Gather data, update and present information to teams

• Work with the other team members to develop daily and 90-day plans.

• Work with other team members to execute plans.

• In partnership with the Leadership Team:

  • Analyze team performance and plan/direct short-term, mid-term and long-term activities to address variances and lead improvements

  • Improve results and achieve the annual targets assigned to the team

• Conduct and participate in continuous improvement activities,

• Ensure that the line teams and line leadership are engaged and participate in continuous improvement activities and the development of standards and training materials.

• Cross train and be able to fill in for other LST members.

• Provide functional support

• Independently identify improvement opportunities, design projects to maximize those opportunities, lead teams to implement projects and build sustainable systems to ensure improvements are anchored in place.

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Compensation: 

Pay Range:$59,000-$78,000

The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee’s actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees’ equity. Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees.
