Sort, image/scan, and index documents in a fast-paced environment supporting multiple business lines of the company.

This position will assist in imaging functions through document sorting, coding, prepping, scanning, classifying and retrieval of documents. This role will support multiple business lines, all with different documents and processes. Success in this role will require an ability to learn and differentiate between those processes.
This role will require working with a high volume of documents. This team scanned 2.8 million documents last year. Ability to work with high accuracy and high attention to detail while performing data entry indexing and other related functions will be key.
What you do
- Process, sort and prepare in-coming documents for imaging
- Perform scanning functions including the preparation and care of related equipment
- Classify and index assigned queues as appropriate for type of document, business line and other factors
- Retrieve documents from various sources as requested
What you bring
- High School Diploma required
- 0-2 years of experience required
- Past experience working in an office environment with document scanning/imaging or data entry desired but not required.
- Accurate typing and data entry skills required
