The position combines transactional execution with market development, requiring both legal expertise and strong business acumen. You will work closely with senior leadership, operational teams, and external counsel to facilitate transactions and manage portfolio risk effectively. This is an ideal opportunity for a commercially minded legal professional who thrives in dynamic international environments and enjoys building scalable frameworks across multiple jurisdictions. The role offers significant exposure to cross-border transactions and strategic decision-making within a growing European operation.

Accountabilities:

  • Qualification to practice law within an EU member state.
  • Residence and valid work authorization within the European Union, with preference for candidates based in Spain.
  • Strong experience handling complex commercial transactions and multi-jurisdictional legal matters.
  • Familiarity with sectors such as ground lease aggregation, renewable energy, wireless telecom, or infrastructure projects is considered an advantage.
  • Excellent written and spoken English skills; proficiency in an additional European language is highly valued.
  • Strong analytical, negotiation, drafting, and communication skills with the ability to operate effectively in fast-moving environments.
  • Comfortable using modern business and collaboration tools, including Office 365, Teams, SharePoint, Salesforce, or similar technologies.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently while collaborating effectively within a team.
  • Benefits:

    • Opportunity to work on high-impact, cross-border transactions within expanding European markets.
    • Exposure to senior leadership and strategic decision-making processes.
    • International and collaborative work environment with strong professional growth potential.
    • Flexible and dynamic workplace culture that values autonomy, innovation, and teamwork.
    • Opportunity to contribute directly to market expansion and portfolio development initiatives.
    • Work alongside multidisciplinary teams across legal, operations, pricing, and management functions.
    • Competitive compensation package aligned with experience and expertise.
