Flex is an early-stage, remote-first FinTech startup that is bringing flexible payments to recurring bills. It’s hard to believe that it’s 2022 and you’re still not able to choose when you pay your bills. Flex is here to change that! Flex is a multi-bill platform. We began by revolutionizing rent — Americans’ largest recurring bill. We enable our users to pay rent and bills throughout the month on a schedule that better fits their finances. With Flex, everybody can better manage their bills and budget. After deliberately keeping a stealth profile as we built up unprecedented investor support and an enthusiastic user base, we plan to scale to 300 team members in 2022. Will you be a part of the team?
- Design creative concepts, produce assets, and develop ideas for how value propositions and positioning comes to life
- Leverage customer insights to develop creative concepts that solve strategic problems
- Ensure quality and consistency across a variety of touch points
- Constantly elevate the quality of creative ideas and execution
- Execute on conceptual and expressive brand design across all surfaces where our employer brand lives.
- Ensure creative is memorable and impactful with excellent design skills and taste in graphic design, typography, photography, illustration, layouts, color strategy, motion, interactive, etc.
- 7+ years of experience as a digital designer (i.e. email, social, etc)
- Proven understanding of branding and corporate identity and ability to translate into a visual identity
- Deep knowledge and practical experience with brand guidelines, concept decks, creative briefs, etc.
- Strong communicator who is comfortable selling ideas both internally and externally and to C-Suite leadership
- Ability to develop creative in partnership with a creative writer and marketing team
- Agency management experience
