Overview
We’re looking for an Associate Creative Director, who wants to do the best work of their lives by creating work that matters. Work that matters in culture. Work that matters to our world-famous clients. Work that matters to you. In this role, you will concept/present/produce ideas for a broad range of clients.
Responsibilities
· Collaborate with other creatives, strategists, media, digital and account teams to ensure our work is always relevant, strategically sound and headline worthy
· Communicate your ideas to the clients with clarity, strategic insight, and passion
· Hunt for and share out with the rest of the team what’s breaking in culture BEFORE it breaks in culture
· Proactive thinking. You’re always bringing ideas because you know not every opportunity lives within the brief
· Creating thumb stopping content and heart stopping ideas
Qualifications + Key Skills
· 8+ years of experience in a public relations agency, ad agency, or brand development setting, and are in New York
· Experience developing integrated campaigns that are earned-first, inherently social
· You know the ins and outs of social media, and speak the language of the internet
· Deep knowledge of digital, social, traditional and influencer communications
· Hands on creative, who is a highly conceptual thinker and a clear communicator
· Strong desire to collaborate, with a positive demeanor and vision for the future
· Knowledge of and sensitivity to trends influencing popular culture and design
Salary: $94,000-$165,000
Brooklyn Brothers has included the base salary or hourly rate for this role. Actual compensation offered within the range will depend upon, among other factors: actual ranges for current or former employees in the role; market considerations; budgetary considerations; as well as a candidate’s background, relevant experience, and qualifications.
