What You’ll Do:
ATTN: is looking for an Associate Creative Director to help lead creative, channel development, and content execution for several brand TikTok channels. You will be responsible for overseeing the development of channel voice and content formats, and then supervising a team of Creative Producers to launch and sustain the channels once the voice is developed. This includes pitching TikTok video ideas and overseeing their creation once approved.
This position will work alongside both internal and external stakeholders and help lead a team of Creative Producers to ensure that overall vision, brand standards, and social best practices are developed and maintained throughout the partnership.
What You'll Do:
- Work with Social Strategists to develop a winning channel voice and strategy, keeping in mind executionary realities of producing a high volume of TikTok content
- Supervise the creative execution of our partner’s content on TikTok, closely collaborating with client teams to ensure expectations are met while also creating content that drives high engagement, retention and viewership
- Help manage the daily output of a creative team while, potentially, getting your hands dirty and creating TikTok content yourself
- Mentor more junior creatives and assure they deliver writing and video work that is up to our’s and our clients’ standards
- Build creative decks and pitch these decks to internal stakeholders and clients
- Work with Design, Creative Strategy, Casting, Client Service, Project Management and Production teams to create presentation materials including keynote presentations, mood boards, storyboards, and video reels to sell concepts through to partner
Who You Are:
- 7+ years experience across social, editorial, and video production
- Ability to help lead a team of Creative Producers and plan a robust content calendar; executing a significant amount of assets
- Understand brand strategy and how to translate it into high-performing content
- Comfortable illustrating concepts in clear and well designed pitch decks and pitching ideas to internal teams and clients
- Possess a deep understanding of the digital, social and content marketing space with a keen eye for viral content and trends on emerging social media platforms
- Ability to nurture strong client relations and comfortable responding to client feedback from multiple stakeholders
- Thrive in fast-paced and creatively demanding environments, able to balance multiple projects with tight deadlines and production schedules
- Passionate, positive, and self-motivated
