THE ROLE: Associate Creative Project Manager
This position will assist in ensuring that all incoming creative projects are assigned and produced.
What You’ll Do…
- Manage day-to-day creative and copy workflow and prioritization for the Rue La La and Gilt business.
- Create detailed resource assignments, project plans and status reports up-to-date, keeping self and creative partners organized while prioritizing a wide scope of projects.
- Communicate in a timely and effective manner. Keep your Manager apprised of project scope and/or timeline concerns and provide resolution options to avoid issues.
- Act as a representative of the creative organization in all meetings and communications; thinking critically about business needs, team structure and bandwidth, and fostering positive and collaborative relationships with cross-functional business partners.
- Identify opportunities for Creative & Brand Operations process improvement in daily workflow and communications, and proactively set solutions and process changes in place for efficiency gains.
- Identify and communicate gaps and/or opportunities in the Creative resource pool to ensure appropriate staffing levels for all Creative functions.
- Willingness to flex job responsibilities and accommodate business needs outside of client group, and learn critical job functions across the different businesses Brand Operations manages.

- A Bachelor’s Degree
- 1-2 years’ experience in a project management, e-commerce, production or merchandising role
- Proficiencies in MS Office Suite, including Word & Excel, Google Docs
- Strong collaboration, communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organizational, detail-oriented, project management skills and can handle multiple projects within a fast-paced environment

Base Salary Range: $50,000 - $58,000
Rue Gilt Groupe is committed to providing Associates with equal pay for equal work and carefully considers a wide range of compensation factors, including prior experience, skills and expertise, location, and internal equity. Our goal is to support, reward and compensate the entire individual. Depending on role eligibility, your offer may also include bonus/commission, equity, 401(k) match, and a variety of benefits. Therefore, final offer amounts may vary from the amount stated.

The Brand Operations Team is proud to be the "glue" that holds our Rue and Gilt businesses together. We join multiple pillars of the business by managing creative execution of on-site boutique assets, marketing campaigns, and integrated external partnerships, and we drive process improvement to support new and exciting initiatives across RGG everyday.
