ABOUT THE ROLE 🤹‍♀️

Rocket Money is looking for a Creative Project Manager to support the internal creative team in the production of digital and offline marketing assets and support the media buying team by assisting with project scoping and securing resources. This is a remote position working in the creative team of the Growth department.

Responsibilities:

Daily Production

• Manage digital and offline production of marketing assets using project management tools such as Airtable, Monday, Asana, etc.
• Communicate to the team and key stakeholders all priorities, deadlines, developments and decisions made from initial pitch through to post-mortem.
• Display an appropriate sense of urgency and prioritization of projects. Assign tasks, set timeframes, and assists with schedule management.
• Maintain a balance between allowing the creative talent freedom to explore ideas while still making sure the team meets deadlines and project expectations.
• Coordinate and participate in regular team meetings and brainstorms while taking thorough notes.
• Review all deliverables to ensure objectives and requirements are met

Asset Management

• Monitors the flow of information, materials, digital assets and/or resources through the process to ensure on-time delivery.
• Maintain inventory of work products produced.

Agency Facing

• Work with vendors to communicate new project requests and ensure they have the resources needed.

Cross-Team Collaboration

• Collaborate cross-functionally with various departments (media buying, legal, product, etc.) to oversee development and delivery of creative projects.
• Understand operational processes and manage internal expectations appropriately with respect to various turn-around times for all aspects of marketing projects and campaign activities.

ABOUT YOU 🦄

• 2+ years in creative project management
• Interested in learning about data driven creative and marketing analytics
• Familiarity with project management software like Airtable, Monday, Asana
• Ability to adapt well to changing priorities and react quickly
• Excellent eye for detail and accuracy
• Strategic and creative mindset, focused on finding solutions.
• Performs well under pressure; Well organized and capable of handling multiple assignments
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to interface effectively with senior management, production colleagues and other internal teams
• A positive and proactive attitude and a willingness to jump in and help
• Familiar with media and production terminology
• Broad knowledge of social media and advertising industry

Additional information: Salary range of $50,000 - $90,000 + bonus + benefits based on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
