We are looking for a Customer Relationship Associate to serve as the human voice and personality behind our brand, providing quality customer service with every customer interaction. If you are up for the challenge, keep reading! 

Job Description

WHAT YOU GET TO DO 

• Utilize good judgment and understanding of company policy to effectively make decisions to resolve customer issues – you’ll be the face of our company 
• Achieve monthly individual and team based targeted performance goals 
• Take ownership of every customer experience– we want customers to feel supported! 
• Effectively break down information and identify opportunities to gain client agreement and trust
• Additional duties as necessary

Qualifications

WHAT ABOUT YOU? You have… 

• Customer service experience in a professional environment 
• Excellent communication, decision making, persuasion and problem resolution skills 
• Experience working for a fast-paced, goal oriented and team based structured environment 
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications 
• Bilingual is a plus
