The Job

We're looking for an Associate Customer Success Manager who is responsible for developing customer relationships that promote retention and loyalty. You'll work closely with customers to ensure they are satisfied with the services they receive and to improve upon areas of dissatisfaction. 

The ideal candidate is a team player, enjoys working hard, exhibits professionalism, is dedicated to meeting and exceeding expectations, building relationships, has excellent collaboration and communication skills, and uses their time efficiently. They are creative and like to solve problems.

Your Day-to-Day Role

  • Deal directly with customers either by telephone or email
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries
  • Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service inquiries
  • Perform customer Account Health Analysis
  • Create quotes for renewals
  • Follow Up on POs for invoicing purposes
  • Direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated resource
  • Keep records of customer interactions and transactions inquiries, comments and complaints
  • Communicate and coordinate with internal departments
  • Follow up on customer interactions

Your Work Experience

  • 1-2 years in administrative work
  • 1+ years of Salesforce experience / Own Product Knowledge
  • Must be a consistent performer in current role
  • Proven track record of success in a customer-facing role
  • Experience using Salesforce as an end-user 
  • Ability to manage a large portfolio of accounts
  • Able to operate effectively both independently and within a team.
  • Takes initiative, intellectually curious, and has a desire to learn.

Important Details

This is a full-time position. The ideal candidate will work out of our Englewood Cliffs, NJ office a minimum of 3 days per week to maximize collaboration and interaction with the business. Travel may be required.
