Associate Customer Success Manager

Position Summary:
As an Associate Customer Success Manager, you will work with a set of designated accounts (users) to help them move toward their ever-evolving desired outcomes.
While building up practical industry knowledge, domain specific workflow experience, business acumen, relationship management and broad understanding of Bentley solutions you will position yourself as a trusted advisor to our users to help them win in their business while maximizing their return on investment in Bentley solutions. You will be set upon a career growth path in Success Management, receive hands-on coaching and training from your management line as well as your senior colleagues.
You will work with a wide group of business, process, and solution specialists in Bentley to define and advise on best practices for our users and furnish them with insights and recommendations on a regular basis to improve their usage of, and experience with Bentley Systems products and services. Next to that you will also learn to be the voice of your designated users to influence our product development roadmaps by means of regularly collecting user feedback and sharing back into the organization.
Your Day-to-Day:
- Engage with account stakeholders to facilitate capturing business outcomes, to prioritize digital workflows improvements, and create a Success Plan.
- Continuously measure results and advise the account towards improving adoption.
- Improve user's awareness of what is possible by Sharing relevant information and updates and proactively reaching out to foster user engagement.
- Lead and own aspects of post-sales engagement with the account that includes coordination with Account Management, Solution Consultants and Trainers, Product Management and Support Account Managers.
- Focus and find ways to improve the account's health and user satisfaction scores.
- Receive training and coaching from Management and Senior Colleagues to grow in the role and in your career path.
- Travel may be required for internal or external events.
- Requires sitting or standing at will while performing work on a computer (or any other physical requirements. The role requires communication with managers, peers and other colleagues of the company in person, and by utilizing Microsoft Teams chat, calling and meeting functions.
What You Bring to The Team:
- A positive, can-do attitude and eagerness to learn about Success Management in the industries Bentley Systems caters to.
- A healthy interest in building experience dealing with internal as well as external executive management.
- Fascination with, or an education in, (Green/Carbon reduction) engineering design, construction, project delivery and/or asset performance.
- Prior exposure to strategic projects involving software configuration, training, development, and deployment (preferred)
- Prior experience in dealing with account key stakeholders, Account Managers, Consultants, Software Development Managers, Professional Services Managers, IT and Network professionals. (preferred)
- Being comfortable with working both independently (remote/self-motivated) and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment as an active contributor is essential.
- Fluent English language skills (written as well as verbal)
