What you'll do
The Internal Customer Success Technical Analyst will provide direct technical application support to Billd technology's internal users (including Salesforce, Portal, etc.). This role will monitor Billd's internal technical support channels and actively engage to resolve issues expeditiously. In addition, this role will provide ad-hoc support across a variety of activities.
Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor Billd's internal #tech Slack channel
  • Quickly triage and troubleshoot issues
  • Train internal users on Salesforce
  • Become the system SME for Sales, FinOps
  • Provide QA support for the Portal, SDK and Salesforce
  • Updating supporting feature documentation and test cases
  • Review Hotjar tickets and organize into actionable work
  • Provide ad-hoc support for coordinating resolving issues amongst the development teams

Qualifications
  • Experience supporting internal teams
  • Experience with operational tools

Key Interactions
  • Responsibility to the Sales and Financial Operations teams
  • Serve as point-of-contact for system operational support.
  • Quickly escalate technical issues requiring development.
  • Responsibility to the Financial Operations Team
  • Serve as point-of-contact for system operational support.
  • Quickly escalate technical issues requiring development.
  • Responsibility to the Software Development Team
  • Triage tickets and quickly pull in development resources when necessary
  • Become a system expert and understand the features and functionality inside and out.
  • QA Responsibilities
  • Validate new releases in the QA environment for all Billd tech products (Billd Portal, Partnership Integrations, Salesforce)
  • Execute test cases and provide additional testing horsepower.
