Duties: Associate with Goldman Sachs Bank USA in Richardson, TX. Design, develop, coordinate, and communicate the cloud architecture, migration and adoption across our digital products. Automate the provisioning of environments using Infrastructure as Code. Design and develop high-quality automation workflows in the cloud platform. Utilize strong verbal and written communication skills to present, persuade and influence peers, and partner teams. Migrate platforms to cloud based offerings, such as Amazon Web Services (AWS). Utilize analytical skills to drive complex, technical and highly commercial solutions. Review code developed by peers and junior team members.

Job Requirements: Master's degree (U.S. or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Information Systems, Electronics & Computer Engineering, or related field and three (3) years of experience in the job offered or in a related software development role OR Bachelor's degree (U.S. or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Information Systems, Electronics & Computer Engineering, or related field and five (5) years of experience in the job offered or in a related software development role. Prior employment must include three (3) years (if Master's) or five (5) years (if Bachelor's) of experience with: Linux operating system; designing, developing, and implementing frameworks to build and deploy distributed software applications for multiple platforms using continuous integration and deployment principles; configuring automation using Ansible, Terraform, Chef, Vault, Jenkins or similar; Linux Scripting and automation languages including Python or Ruby; and Cloud Computing including virtualization technologies, infrastructure as a service, platform as a service and software as a Service Cloud delivery model. Prior employment must include two (2) years of experience with: utilizing Amazon Web Services (AWS) and AWS native toolsets including AWS Cloud Formation, AWS EC2, S3, VPCs, Kinesis, Dynamo, SQS, SNS, and SWF; cloud operation instrumentation and monitoring distributed architectures using tools such as AppDynamics, Splunk, or Nagios; application containerization and security; utilizing Agile software development practices including release management and DevOps practices; and coordinating with multiple teams to resolve technical issues and communicating effectively using technical and non-technical language with all stakeholders. Prior employment must include one (1) year of experience with: driving the migration from on-premises to cloud-based offerings; and relational and non-relational databases.
