Job Description

Job Duties: Associate with Goldman Sachs Services LLC in Irving, TX. Responsible for ensuring controls related to client payments are followed to ensure risks related to fraud and individual client sanctions are mitigated. Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement business intelligence tools to remove manual workflows to reduce risks, increase controls and increase customer satisfaction. Review and assign tasks to team members in a timely manner in order to provide a high level of service to clients with minimal delays to client requests. Engage with external parties and other financial institutions responsible for client assets to ensure appropriate measures are in place to comply with both Firm and external institutional policies for safeguarding client assets and resolve any escalations. Actively engage with team members providing both positive and constructive feedback to improve overall team performance and coach others with regards to best practices and following established procedures.

Job Requirements: Bachelor's degree (U.S. or foreign equivalent) in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering, Technology, or a related field. Three (3) years of experience in the job offered or in a related role. Must have three (3) years of experience with: using advanced Microsoft Office skills, specifically Excel, including creation of pivot tables, logic functions, data tables and regression analysis, to identify patterns and discrepancies in data; reviewing functional processes, identifying key risks and establishing workflows to reduce inaccuracies; major product management applications including JIRA and Confluence for outlining processes and procedures, tracking project status and identifying issues; analyzing, organizing, manipulating and maintaining large datasets using big data tools, such as Alteryx or Tableau for establishing management reports and tracking key metrics of team performance; and writing technical requirements, user stories and epics using control-driven design principles, attention to cross-functional dependencies and with detailed acceptance criteria for improving processes, applications, and end-user interfaces.
