As Cedar looks ahead to its next chapter of growth, the team is seeking an energetic, razor-sharp, and motivated Associate, Delivery Strategy & Ops to work with the Director of Delivery Strategy & Ops on critical initiatives that will enable our Product Delivery team to achieve its goals. Cedar's Delivery team is responsible for planning and implementing Cedar's products and services with contracted clients. The Delivery team plays a strategic part in the client lifecycle at Cedar, which reflects a conversion from contracted ARR to actualized ARR as well as a transition from a prospect to live client.

Responsibilities
You will work with internal partners to drive high-impact initiatives that directly drive Cedar's growth:
  • Work closely with the Director, Delivery Strategy & Ops to create and implement initiatives to accelerate our product delivery across all product lines, making them easier for both clients and Cedar
  • Support initiatives to accelerate Cedar's implementation capabilities, including setting and tracking key performance indicators, supporting implementation strategic efforts, and analysis to inform staffing and areas for improvement
  • Set up vendor operations related to pre and post product delivery and support development of long term vendor strategy
  • Support building and running internal management processes; help monitor and manage the Delivery P&L; Develop and maintain dashboards to track delivery efficiency and other metrics
  • Lead special initiatives (with the guidance from Delivery leadership team) that you believe will contribute value to the organization
  • Maintain a culture that adheres to Cedar's values of focusing on our vision, using good judgment, applying a growth mindset, and rejecting mediocrity

Skills & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree required; 2+ years of work experience preferred
  • An analytical attitude, strong attention to detail, and passion for problem solving
  • Prior experience in client services operations and/or client implementations a plus (e.g., fast-growing B2B startups, management consulting)
  • Excellent listening and communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to translate data and insights into compelling, executive-facing narratives
  • Entrepreneurial mentality; ability to thrive even within ambiguity
  • Mastery of (or willingness to learn) Google Sheets and Slides (or Powerpoint and Excel); Fluency in building formula driven dashboard models in MS Excel or Google Sheets preferred
  • Healthcare experience or intuition is a plus; patient engagement or revenue cycle knowledge a plus
