We are seeking a highly creative and experienced Associate Designer. In this role, you will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and developing a range of products, including basics, sportswear, and outerwear, using our Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) system.

 

What You'll Do

Lead the design process for collections for assigned category(ies), from concept to final product, using the PLM system

Collaborate with the design team to conceptualize and develop new product ideas

Create design presentations and product specs for new product lines using the PLM system

Research and stay up-to-date on trends in the industry

Create detailed technical drawings and specifications for products using the PLM system

Collaborate with vendors to ensure that products are manufactured to specification

Participate in fit sessions to ensure that products meet design and quality standards

 

What You'll Know

Bachelor's degree in a related field such as fashion design, textiles, or product design

4+ years of experience in design

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Illustrator and Photoshop

Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Experience with PLM systems

Experience in the mass market and with licensed brands is a plus

Excellent communication and collaboration skills

A portfolio of relevant design work is a plus
