Associate Designer

WHAT YOU'LL DO
As an Associate Designer you will work with our consultant teams, completing design projects by driving briefs, translating business language and processes into concepts to achieve their vision. Guided by Senior Designers, you will assist in the development and production of assets for case and proposal work together with the Design Lead Manager, Project Manager, and Creative Strategist on large-scale projects. You'll participate in briefs that gather the business challenge, conceptualize solutions, support all design decisions, and present concepts with internal clients.

YOU'RE GOOD AT

Assisting in the creation of comprehensive solutions including branding and logos, brochures, infographics, iconography, (interactive) presentations, storyboards, posters, data visualization, corporate communications, web banners, prototypes and consumer mock-ups, marketing and event materials, etc. for cases, proposals, workshops, and campaigns

You're able to support the team in translating business language and complex ideas into appealing visualizations

You are energized by design challenges that require discovery, thought partnership, innovative thinking, and team collaboration

YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)

You have a bachelor's degree in design, graphic design, fine arts, or a related field.

You have up to 2 years of relevant work experience in Design

You have proven expertise in the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) as well as MS Office, MS PowerPoint (interactive PowerPoint); experience with Adobe Premiere, AfterEffects, Figma, Miro, is a plus, as is a gift for free-hand illustrations and/or digital drawings.

You've gained experience working in a collaborative design environment; work experience in global teams is a plus

You have expertise in visual design, visual theory (i.e., composition, color theory, typography, etc.), a sharp eye for layout design, and a strong affinity for the latest design trends and new me You have a bachelor's degree in design, graphic design, fine arts, or a related field.
