The Team

The Brand team is helping At-Bay tell its story through thoughtfully crafted content and experiences. You’ll be an integral part of scaling our look and feel. You’ll be joining a dynamic group of creators, marketers, and writers on our Marketing team to build awareness of the At-Bay brand and product benefits.

Role overview

You will be responsible for creating and maintaining brand consistency across different channels, which include social, web, email, and video. In this role you’ll report to our Senior Brand Designer and be part of the larger Marketing team. 

How you’ll make an impact

• You’ll help shape how we visualize our brand across various printed and digital mediums
• You’ll establish cross functional relationships and collaborate with stakeholders from multidisciplinary backgrounds in our human resources, underwriting, and product departments
• You’ll come up with creative solutions for our landing pages, emails, print collateral, and social media
• You’ll help us connect with our growing and diverse audience
• You’ll partner with our growing marketing team, design partners, and content to product leaders to deliver meaningful creative that aligns with our brand standards
• You’ll be be a champion for brand excellence 

What you’ve already accomplished

• You have 1-2 years relevant work experience on a brand design or marketing team, in-house 
• You have a foundation of design principles and an eye for details through alignment, hierarchy, typography, and layout for both web & print
• You’re a collaborator and have experience with diverse teams 
• You’re well versed in the Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and PowerPoint and/or Google Slides
• Illustration and motion graphics skills are a strong plus
• You’re comfortable managing your projects and running with ideas
• Bonus: Experience in B2B / SaaS marketing
