Associate Developer Intern (Summer 2024) - Hybrid

Location: St. Louis, Missouri - Hybrid. Interns must to reside in the St. Louis, MO metro area during the Summer of 2024.

Swank Motion Pictures is looking for an Associate Developer Intern to assist a growing team, as a summer intern, to work on innovative and leading edge solutions.

Responsibilities

Developer Interns at Swank are integrated into existing product development teams. Interns work closely with other developers, project managers, business analysts, and software testers. Interns are responsible for writing new product features and enhancements, troubleshooting product functionality, and fixing software defects. Interns will work across various technologies including ASP.NET MVC, Angular, Bootstrap, Digital Rights Management (DRM), Android, and Objective-C.

Requirements

Professional Requirements

• Strong knowledge of web development technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• .NET Application experience preferred
• Understanding of object-oriented programming concepts and practices
• Experience with Visual Studio
• Excellent communication skills
• Passion for software development, demonstrated by learning and using technologies outside of the school curriculum.

Teamwork and communication skills are an important element to any position within Swank Motion Pictures. The work environment in Swank Motion Pictures systems is team based and fast paced. Candidate must have excellent communication skills and should be able to address any member of the organization. The candidate must present a professional attitude and demeanor and be able to adapt to the changing daily work environment.

Education Requirements

• Pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science
• 3.0 GPA preferred
