The Associate Developer position is an opportunity to develop applications for our CRM and sales focused custom applications to support our interactions with customers. At CDPHP we are looking to transform the way we engage by utilizing advanced technologies like Salesforce, .Net, Java, MuleSoft, Informatica, and other development platforms to deliver value across as many different channels as possible.

The Associate Developer will focus on our custom Sales applications and support them as we transition them from legacy platforms to new platforms like Salesforce. The Associate Developer will have the opportunity to develop, support, and implement custom code in support of quoting applications, product management systems, and Salesforce applications. The Associate Developer will be responsible for and contribute to the development, testing, implementation, enhancement and maintenance of all business applications, software and custom code that support the platform using technologies which include .NET, Java, C#, Modern JavaScript, Salesforce Lightning, and RESTful web services. This position will collaborate with business, staff, Enterprise Application Solutions colleagues, Salesforce Program colleagues, and other stakeholders to define and analyze detailed customer requirements and system interfaces, assess available technologies, and develop and present solutions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Associates degree or two (2) years of equivalent experience required. Degree in Computer Science or Engineering is preferred.
• Two (2) years experience with application development technologies, with a focus on user experience is preferred.
• One of more hands-on technical experience with the following is required: C#, ASP .net, MVC, HTML, CSS, JSON, WCF, XML, JavaScript, JQuery, Oracle or SQL Server.
• Knowledge of data-driven applications and databases (SQL, etc.)
• Familiarity with backend and APIs
• Knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) is required. Proven experience in SDLC is preferred.
• Experience working in agile environment is a plus.
• Proven ability of problem-solving skills is required.
• Ability to work independently with minimum supervision is required.
• Ability to independently define problems and develop solutions is required.
• Adaptability to changing work priorities and a fast-paced environment while maintaining a professional attitude is required.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and written, with technical and non-technical peers.
• Ability to maintain effective, cooperative working relationships with people both internally and externally as it relates to the operations and business of CDPHP is required.
• Requires the ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality at all times.

Annual salary range: $78,000 - $93,000

CDPHP salary ranges are designed to be competitive with room for professional and financial growth. Individual compensation is based on several factors unique to each candidate, such as work experience, qualifications, and skills. In addition to cash compensation, CDPHP employees may be eligible for an incentive payment, a discretionary cash reward based on employee and company performance. Some roles may also be eligible for overtime pay.
