Associate Digital Engagement Specialist
Job Description
Reporting to the Digital Engagement Manager, the Associate Digital Engagement Specialist will support customer outreach through emails and other digital touchpoints within the Customer Org. You will help inspire customer enthusiasm and enhance their experience through digital customer education and engagement projects. This position is remote.
You will
- Build email templates using HTML and CSS to be deployed through Gainsight and Salesforce.
- Report on performance and champion email best practices to increase open rates, traffic and conversion.
- Oversee strategy and end-to-end execution for our recurring campaigns and localization programs.
- Support Sales, Customer Success, and Support to unify how and when we're reaching out to customers and at what point in the customer lifecycle.
- Partner with other teams to prioritize creation of digital content that supports our Engagement strategy.
- Always look for new ways to improve overall programs through new technology, tools, partners, trends, and best practices.
You have
- Experience designing and building email templates for email campaigns. Please include an email template portfolio.
- HTML/CSS experience.
- Familiarity with the customer lifecycle, data management, email deliverability and CAN-SPAM laws.
- A love of data and a background in using analytics to guide your decisions and demonstrate your impact.
- 2+ years of relevant work experience in digital marketing, customer education, or related fields.

What we offer our employees
The base pay and on-target commission provided for this position ranges from $63,240/year to $106,950/year depending on geographic market and assuming a full-time schedule. Actual base pay is based on a number of factors including market location, job-related knowledge, education or training, skills, and experience.
