nCino's Associate Account Based Marketing Specialist is responsible for researching, organizing and executing digital marketing campaigns that drive inbound and outbound leads and sales opportunities through an account-based marketing (ABM) strategy. As an integral part of the Digital Marketing team, this role will work closely with both Sales and Marketing to support the identification of target accounts and key indicators used to tailor content and communication tactics to high-value prospects. Additionally, they will work to understand the nCino product and the financial services landscape to pair growing market demands with nCino product solutions within established prospect accounts. To be successful in this role the ideal person must have a strong understanding of digital marketing and the ability to build marketing campaigns from creation to execution within a B2B space to contribute to Sale's ACV goal and drive revenue.

Responsibilities
  • Develop a deep understanding of how to develop and implement account-based marketing strategies to drive inbound leads and outbound interest across the nCino product suite as well as further brand awareness
  • Create collateral to be used in ABM efforts including writing campaign copies, organizing graphics, and defining campaign parameters
  • Collaborate with sales to ensure that ABM activities are aligned with top tier accounts
  • Support the development of campaigns utilizing Marketing collateral such as white papers, case studies, landing pages and virtual events to drive interest within targeted accounts
  • Work closely with digital marketing, social media strategist and content creators to execute campaigns across multiple platforms and areas of business
  • Identify and report on new opportunities to help build nCino brand and product awareness in existing markets
  • Communicate, collaborate and engage with the Sales team on ABM campaigns on a monthly/quarterly basis
  • Work with Salesforce and Pardot to organize, build and track campaigns and measure ROI
  • Support the development of research highlighting and identifying new ways to market the nCino product through various digital marketing channels
  • Participate in the development and maintenance of comprehensive target account profiles and prospect personas
  • Study industry trends and win/loss analysis to identify opportunities to reconnect with lost prospects or create net new prospect conversions


Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or combination of experience, education, and superior performance
  • Ability to create marketing content for campaigns from concept to execution for measurable results
  • Attention to detail, an eye for graphics, and writing skills to do so
  • Excel and Salesforce report building skills
  • Ability to problem solve, follow strategic direction, synthesize data, and execute projects with guidance
  • Strong presentation and communication skills

Desired:
  • Banking and financial industry knowledge
  • Pardot experience
  • 1+ years of experience in B2B digital marketing
  • Experience using platforms including but limited to LinkedIn and the Google Platform to build and execute account-based campaigns
  • Experience with targeting, segmentation and list acquisition to build prospect lists for demand gen campaigns
  • Experience creating and executing integrated marketing campaigns using tactics that include white papers, case studies, webinars, digital advertising, and social media
  • Ability to be analytical with strong technical acumen
