Role Responsibilities 

You will analyze digital transactions to make sure that no fraudulent activity is involved. You will communicate with Western Union customers as needed to verify details regarding specific money transfers as well as support WU.com customers with their identity verification ensuring that Compliance regulations are met. You will resolve complex problems and decide when to escalate a case or to proceed with the regular transaction / customer profile verification handling procedures. You will have an opportunity to resolve complex problems independently and participate in process improvements, operational and employee satisfaction initiatives, projects for professional and personal growth. 

Role Requirements 

• 1 to 2 years of experience in Associate role within Digital Review team (preferably in grade 6).

• Fluent English is required, written and verbal.

• Proven strong communication skills.

• Proven Customer and result oriented mindset.

• Experience working on added value projects. 

• Analytical, independent decision-making and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work on rotating shifts (including weekends and holidays).

Salary 

The monthly gross base salary range is 1325 - 2267 EUR. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. Actual salaries will vary and are based on factors such as a candidate’s qualifications, skills, and competencies.
